Now in its twenty-ninth year of publication, Law & Sexuality is the first law journal in the United States devoted to the lesbian and gay community. Each issue encourages discourse, understanding, and creative navigation of emerging law addressing sexual orientation. Law & Sexuality is produced by students of Tulane Law School, and is published annually in the Spring.
