Currently in its twenty-sixth year of publication, the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law is dedicated to publishing articles from professors, practitioners, and other legal scholars that evaluate and report on current trends and events in international law. The Journal has focused on selecting articles that will assist international lawyers and students in resolving and researching legal issues. The Journal was recently ranked 21st in the nation for international law journals by the ABA International Section. Our continued efforts will ensure that future volumes maintain the high level of scholarship that our previous volumes have achieved. Subscription rate: $30.00 annually; foreign subscriptions add $5.00.
